Amavalvu ebhola antantayo e-IFLOW alungele ukusetshenziswa olwandle futhi anikeza izinzuzo eziningi okwenza abe yisisombululo esifanele sokulawula ukugeleza ezindaweni zasolwandle. Yenziwe ngezinto ezisezingeni eliphezulu kanye nobunjiniyela obunembile, le valve entantayo yenzelwe ukumelana nezimo ezinzima zemvelo yasolwandle, iqinisekisa ukusebenza okuthembekile kanye nokuphila isikhathi eside. Umklamo wamavalvu entantayo e-IFLOW omelana nokugqwala uwenza abe ngcono ukusetshenziswa ezindaweni zamanzi anosawoti, enikeza ukulawula ukugeleza okuqinile nokuthembekile ngaphandle kwengozi yokuwohloka.
Ukwakhiwa kwayo okuqinile kanye nokumelana nezinto zasolwandle kuqinisekisa ukusebenza okuzinzile ngisho nasezimweni ezinzima. Ukusebenza okunembile nokuphendulayo kwama-valve okuntantayo kuvumela ukulawulwa kwezinga okunembile, okusiza ukuphatha amanzi, uphethiloli kanye nolunye uketshezi kahle nangendlela efanele emikhunjini. Lokhu kulawula kusiza ukuvimbela ukugcwalisa ngokweqile noma ukukhipha amanzi, ngaleyo ndlela kuthuthukiswe ukuphepha nokusebenza kahle.
Ukuguquguquka kanye nokuhambisana nezinhlelo ezahlukene zasolwandle kwenza i-valve yebhola elintantayo ye-IFLOW ibe yimpahla ebalulekile ekusetshenzisweni kwasolwandle. Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi isetshenziswa ezinhlelweni zephampu ye-bilge, amathangi e-ballast noma izinhlelo zokwelashwa kwamanzi, ukusebenza kwayo okuthembekile kanye nokwakhiwa kwayo okuhlala isikhathi eside kuqinisekisa ukusebenza okubushelelezi, okungenazinkinga. Khetha amavalve ebhola elintantayo le-IFLOW ukuze uthole ukuthembeka okuphezulu, ukuqina kanye nokulawula uketshezi okunembile ezindaweni zasolwandle. Umklamo wayo oqinile kanye nokusebenza okuthembekile kuyenza ibe yingxenye ebalulekile yokuphathwa koketshezi okuphumelelayo emikhunjini.
Uhla lungaklanywa ukuze luvumelane nesicelo sakho, ngokwakhiwa komzimba, izinto zokwakha, kanye nezici ezihambisanayo ezilungiselelwe ukuhlangabezana nezidingo zakho zenqubo. Njengoba sinesitifiketi se-ISO 9022, sisebenzisa izindlela ezihlelekile zokuqinisekisa ikhwalithi ephezulu, ungaqiniseka ngokuthembeka okuvelele kanye nokusebenza kokuvala ngesikhathi sokuklama kwempahla yakho.
Ibhola Elintantayo- Umklamo webhola elintantayo uhlobo oluvame kakhulu lwevalvu yebhola. Kulolu hlobo, ibhola alinamathele esiqwini ngakho-ke kutholakala inkululeko ebanzi. Ingcindezi ephezulu isiza ekudaleni uphawu ngokusunduza ibhola emuva esihlalweni sangemuva noma esingezansi.
Amavalvu e-trunnion- Umklamo wevalvu yebhola le-trunnion unephini elivikela ibhola ukuze lingaphumi. Lo mklamo ungasetshenziswa ezinhlelweni zejubane eliphezulu. Amavalvu e-trunnion asebenzisa ibhola elihlukanisiwe elikhethekile. Ivalvu isekela ibhola ngomshafu kanye nohlangothi oluphambene nomshafu lusebenzisa omunye umshafu noma insika. Umshafu ungaba yingxenye yebhola noma uhlukaniswe. Amavalvu e-trunnion ahlinzeka ngokungqubuzana okuncane phakathi kwebhola kanye nokuvalwa.
